How to Use FlexBEAM to Sleep Better

If you haven’t already, read When to use Wellness Applications and
How to Use Your FlexBEAM before proceeding.

FlexBEAM may help you improve your sleeping pattern and your sleep quality. All you need to do is have one session a day.

The session for sleep improvement lasts around 30 minutes and it consists of three steps. Each step should last for 10 minutes.

Mind the position, duration, and the Program used.

Notice that you’ll be using Program DUAL (2) for the first two steps and then switch to INFRA (3) for the last step.

Step 1

Place FlexBEAM over the upper back, horizontally and use Program DUAL (2) for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Put FlexBEAM across your lower abdomen, below the navel. Continue with Program DUAL (2) for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

Switch your FlexBEAM to Program INFRA (3). Place it over the lower back (sacrum) horizontally, and keep it there for another 10 minutes.

If you are using FlexBEAM continually for three weeks, consider taking a break before you continue using it. A couple of days will do.
