How to Use Your FlexBEAM before proceeding.

When you use your FlexBEAM on your elbows, it is possible that you may experience improvement with any issues concerning your elbows, arms and forearms.

FlexBEAM may also assist your fitness and exercise regiments. It is possible to prepare the muscles surrounding your elbows for more efficient exercise by using Session A.

The same session may boost your natural healing processes if you have a recent (less than a month) elbow issue.

Session B may help the healing process of ongoing elbow issues and also improve the strength and endurance of the surrounding muscles.

Elbow Session A

Session A is meant to be done every day. It consists of two FlexBEAM applications on both sides of your elbow.

Place FlexBEAM on the back of your elbow. Set it to INFRA (3) and hold it for 10 minutes.

Repeat the same 10-minute application, just place FlexBEAM on the front of your elbow.

Elbow Session B

Besides using FlexBEAM on the front and the back of your elbow, you should also use it on your upper back for an additional 10 minutes. Session B should be done every other day.

Place FlexBEAM on the back of your elbow. Set it to INFRA (3) and hold it for 10 minutes.

Repeat the same 10-minute application, just place FlexBEAM on the front of your elbow.

Switch the program to DUAL (2) and place FlexBEAM on your upper back, near the shoulders. Apply for 10 minutes.
